Upfront Fees/Good Faith
We are out of network providers which means you submit payment upfront to us, then you provide the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. The receipts provide the necessary codes and numbers your insurance company requires. It's best to call your insurance company prior to meeting with us. Your therapist will talk to you about the frequency of therapy to set appropriate cost expectations.
Fee Schedule
Dr. Susan Kuczura’s Fees
• $200 per 45 minute individual session
• $200 per 45 minute parent feedback session
• $300 per hour for evaluations
Dr. Kristen Dudley’s Fees
• $200 per 45 minute individual session
• $2500 Court Testimony per 8 hour day + preparation time
• $300 per hour for mental health evaluations, parenting capacity
Dr. Kasey Black’s Fees
• $200 per 45 minute therapy session
• $350 per hour for psycho-educational evaluations,
ADHD, early admission to first grade, behavioral and emotional functioning
Dr. Roselyn Watkins Fees
$200 per 45 minute session
Dr. Hannah Rawle's Fees
$165 per 45 minute session
Ms. Jessica Creidler's Fees
$165 per 45 minute session
Dr. Meghan Devine's Fees
$300 per hour for testing:
ADHD, psycho-educational, neuropsychological,
early admission to first grade,
behavioral & emotional functioning

$200 per 45 minute session
Dr. Matthew L. Kane's Fees
$175 per 45 minute session
$200 per 50 minutes couples therapy
$220 per 50 minute family therapy
